so the important thing is the Board TDP not the GPU TDP ?

GPU TDP gives a general idea about core temp, so it's still very important.

12k is at stock with a stock QX6700.

Oc'd, plenty of room for higher with 8.37 drivers.

The 16k ss shot from VR-Z I reckon is a QX6800/QX6700 at around 4GHz.

Knowing VR-Zone, I'm thinking much higher than 4 ghz on the quadcore.
