Well get off your butt and test them, lol! By the way I just got confirmation that my module shipped! Are you going to check what IC's those modules are running shim? I guess we can assume their GMH but it would be nice if you would verify for us! Depending on whether or not I keep my module I'll definelty check the IC's to verify what they are (lets hope they didn't decide to switch over to Handpicked Elpidas), lol!

i tested one of mine, it hit 1290 with 2.4v, the other hit 1265 about.
I have them running 1036 4-4-4-10 @ 2.2v stable, they were able to do 1050 4-4-4-10 @ 2.2v stable in memtest.
Let us know how good yours are, i am sure you will probably enjoy them.

i've had a kit of 10th anniversary before but had to get rid of them when i stick died and crucial didn't have any in stock at the time.![]()
Thinking about selling my Cellshocks to pick up a kit of Crucial's new PC2-8500 (good or bad idea)? I still regret selling my PC2-8000 Ballistix, by far the best kit I've ever had and I miss them!

it is crazy what kinds of deals you can get on crucial right now.
mwave has great deals right now.
2gb ddr2 1000 for around $170 and 2gb ddr2 1066 (pc 8500) for under $200.
let me know how those anni's compare to your 8000 set, i would appreciate it. hopefully you have had some fun playing around with those sets.

Heyz what do you guys think of the Gskill DDR2 PC6400 HZ 2GB? has Micron D9 right? I can get amayzing prices on the Gskill, OCZ and Mushkin, what do you guys advise?
Thanks
CPU: i7 920 batch #3838B556 D0
Motherboard: Gigabyte EX58-UD5
Memory: Gskill 3x1Gb 1600

HDD: 2x F3 500 Raid 0
its such a tough call with ddr2 prices falling.
all 3 have excellent customer service (i've dealt with all three before).
i guess it's just a matter of cost and personal preference.
for me, i think it'd come down to cost. i'd take whichever was the cheapest of the three.
I have a store and have one of the best or best distributor for OCZ, Mushkin and OCZ, so i can sme pretty good prices on them and wanted to know if the HZ would be a good choice or shoould i choose another Kit of memories? like the Hk.. just want to know witch kit would be the best for OC ?
Thanks

which ocz, mushkin were you thinking about?
whichever is the highest binned would probably o/c the best.
i'd guess 8500 > 8000 > 6400 but it's not always true.
I can get any kit i want, witch kit of 2x1GB would be the best?

so what are the other kits? it's hard to say which to get when you don't give the other options.
like i said, based on just brand from those three, it's impossible to pick since they are all good.
