I just saw this on the another Forum

"William Yang at DFI San Jose, said the boards should be reaching them in late April, so he thought it'd be no later than the first week in May for resellers to get them.

btw, above I said the MSRP of the Infinity P965-S is to be $135--but William told me this afternoon it's $140.... Also--in case anyone wants a P965-S shipped to them this week, he said he'd be willing to fulfill orders on an individual basis right now, and send boards out immediately, direct from DFI, for $140 a pop plus shipping, He said DFI has 60 boxed P965-S boards as of this afternoon. Since you're so greatful, you can post a nice review for us to drool over. If this lives up to it's expectations, it could be the Holy Grail of 965 boards. I can't wait to have an extra $140.

I'll see what I can do but I don't think I can go for high cpu clocks until the fuzion is back in stock again. Something's up with my apogee block and increasing voltage leads to sharp temp. gains.

Hopefully I'll be able to fiddle with high fsb's and hopefully reallllly low latencies
