Ram: 2.35 (2.4v)
1.2v HT : Auto (1.25v)
NB 1.35 (1.39v)
SB Auto (1.52v)
CPU VTT Auto (1.25v)
What make and model number are those memory modules?

CL4-4-4-5 are pretty tight timings for PC8500 rated 1066MHz modules
