vCore is up to just CPU. I had knew that GT need some more voltage because the 1066 strap give more Load than 1333 strap.
but it's not.
My vcore is 1.425v on 3.7. and 1.495v on FSB 553
vMCH is always 1.7v.
under vMch 1.7v, Could not start to XP. Cooling is also WaterChiller. temp -2 cellcious.
Great job!! Lex.
Go Go a higher fsb!!!
I want to see a sub-ramtiming.
[system#1] LittleBoy
cpu : core i5 750
mainboard : MSI P55-GD65
ram : gskill Trident PC16000 6GB
vga : EVGA 7900GTO
HDD : SM 320GB + Hitachi 250GB
Power : PC & Cooling Power 750W
[ My Blog Address ]
http://extremeoverclock.tistory.com/
on FSB 553,
vcore : 1.495v
vdimm : 2.625v
vFsb : 1.5v
vmch : 1.7v
vICH : 1.2v
vICHIO : 1.7v actually everything is max value except vcore and vdimm.
and nothing moded.
ram timing is 4-4-4-12 trfc 30 and the others is basis on Mobo default.
No memset useing. just posting windows. Chiller setted to -2 cellcious.
and I ran Super pi on FSB 529, eventhough higher FSB is possible. for compare my older pi record on P5BD at same setting.
that's all.
and I added My Mobo Pic.
you can see CPU, North Bridge & Heatsink and active cooling for Digital PWM.
and you can see also North Bridge & South Bridge included My Cute X600 with VF-900 Cu.
finally, this is my WaterChiller contained Koolance Coolant and Hydo 40W inline/underwater Pump.

is this on 1333 strap guys or is Abit also using 1067 strap up to 400MHz FSB
what about RAM dividers how do they function
how high can you clock the RAM
nice boards
dinos, it's 1066 strap. no 1333 on abit qgt currently![]()

I Hope that Faster than Coolarer's with Infinity P965![]()

Awesome FSB![]()
Temperatures on CPU&Nb are still -2C, and vmch also still 1.7V?
Born to overclock
10x for info, what do u think about max fsb for 32M run? Can u lower multi (if u can not change multi in BIOS with yours CPU, u can change it in win with crystalCPUID) on CPU and try 545, if it can't pass with default one? It would be very interesting info for me

Born to overclock
how high can you OC the RAM on 4:5 and 2:3 ratios with CAS4 and CAS5
Now I added FSB 540 with E6300 renewal.
memset info and CPUZ memory info has been evaporated. I don't know. ^^;
so I tell you, 4-4-4-3-5 3-23-2-10-9-2-8-4 on memset.
almost near to coolarer's Infinity 965P.
but now My OS is still XP SP2, so I have tuned something.
If I have some stable condition on SERVER2003, then I'll let you see better result. thankyou.
and I have no 6400 or 6600 C2D, so I can't let you know 2:3 or 4:5 setting on High Clock,
If you want to know 2:3 or 4:5 result on Low Clocks, then I'll show you that.
have a nice day. buddies.![]()

uncheck lock mchbar and see if it helps. you'd need to do that first time around though before it vanishes.

I'm liking this board more and more....but I'm with Dinos: how well does it clock memory on 4:5 and 2:3 for you (cas 4, mostly)?
Also, how well does the 800 strap clock for you?
that is not important
what is important is that 4:5 and 2:3 clock the RAM similar.............since you have done 540MHz with RAM with decent timings you should be able to do those clocks and better with those ratios
reason i ask for CAS5 as well is to see whether the board can manage really high MHz but if your RAM isn't capable it doesn't matter
i found out that the RAM subtimings on this board are not available through bios which is a real shame>>> knowing Abit it will take a long time if ever for them to listen to end users and introduce things like that in the bios
