Thanks very much Reverendrum, much apprecaited! I recenlty returned a kit of GSKill RAM to newegg for refund which just cleared yesterday. Very tempting to pick this kit up, especially since it's about $89 cheaper than it usually is (without counting MIR)! By the way as of 12:00am EST there are only 7kits still available!
