    Thanks again and sorry for my "noobness"...

    2 more questions:

    Waht you mean by "ICs"???

    Is there any table that shows witch memory chips are being used in a certain memory kit by the week and yaer information provided by CPU-z??? For instance, imagine that we dont know my memory kit uses Micron D9GMH, was it possible to find out by week and year witch chips are being used??

    edit;

    the ram list web site you posted before only have those info abouit micron or is there any more info about other memory chpis manufacturer???

    IC stands for Integrated Circuit, which means 'chip' in this case.

    Is there any table that shows witch memory chips are being used in a certain memory kit by the week and yaer information provided by CPU-z??? For instance, imagine that we dont know my memory kit uses Micron D9GMH, was it possible to find out by week and year witch chips are being used??
    No. There are some manufacturers who display week and year of production on their modules, and if I know the type of IC used it will be on my RAM List.

    My RAM List shows every module of which I know what ICs were used, not just modules with Micron on it.

    Thnaks for the simple and direct answer...

    Look, i have TG Xtreem 3-3-3-8 PC2-5300 Micron D9GMH that i think are good ones and i have seen lot of people reaching DDR2-1000 or DDR2-1200 or even DDR2-1300 in i680sLI stable enough to run Super PI at least 1M, run Everest memory benchmarks, SisSoftSandra memory Bandwith and more.

    But i cant figure out why i cant.

    My system is
    E6600
    Abit AW9D-MAX
    TG Xtreem PC2-5300 Micron D9GMH 3-3-3-8
    Spaphire X1950XT

    and i have been trying to overclock them up to DDR2-1000 but no success.
    I have tried the following:

    E6600 @ 3600Mhz -> 9x
    FSB - 400
    vCore - 1.40v
    vMCH - 1.80v
    Mems 4:5
    vDimm 2.25v->2.30v->2.35v->2.45v and
    timings :
    4-4-4-4 | 4-4-4-10 | 4-5-4-10 | 4-4-5-10 | 4-5-5-10 | 4-5-5-12 | 5-5-5-15 | by SPD

    and i couldnt even finish loading windows... I cant understand why.
    Can anyone give me a help pr tell me the reason i cant??? I'm doing anything wrong??? Is that i975x so bad for overclocking memories??? I know that 965 is away better than 975 for FSB overclocking but i think i should get at least DDR2-1000 stable...

    regards...

    I had tryied 340FSB with 2:3 and multi 9x but system goes down after a few minutes...

    And i think its difficult my cpu reaches fsb wall at 415 or 420 because i have already have it at 442Mhz FSB with motherboard software uGuru just for SS and this was a 3980Mhz score with air cooling and no mods. But With this FSB it was impossible to boot from BIOS...

    My memory chips are Micron D9GMH and they sould reach DDR2-1000 quite easelly but i just cant...

    This is unfortunately isn't very informative anymore for our needs and we may have to start ripping off heatsinks to be 100% sure.

    I'm glad I got my inquiry in before this changed.
    Well, seems that RAM GUY has moved the DDR2 Inquiry thread again and went back to plain text.

    I used some supertalent 667 but only 512 sticks.

    Not quite sure what IC they were but they didn't clock that well.

    They would get hot fast when i tried to push them to about 800.

    A-Data Vitesta PC2-6400 Extreme Edition is no longer D9GCT / D9GMH.
    They are using relabeled ProMos now.

    Any idea what kvr667 is? I've got a single sided 512mb stick. Looks to be a square bga style packaging. writing on ic has been erased and custom writing by kingston put on.

    That looks more like Elpida to me. Then again, it's just an indicative picture (and the URL says DDR667).
    TeamUSOffice indeed stated it's either ProMOS or Powerchip.

    Guys.... ram list says Corsair 6400C4D v1.1 has Micron D9GCT (B6-37E)...

    D9GCT can't hit 3-3-3-8-2T 1000МГц on 2.4v.

    I can. Also... my part number from SPD is 9136C5D (571 5-5-5-15). So, some 6400C4D sticks can be naturally 9136C5D on D9GMH.
