The most important timings for performance are the 3 first values. The others are to stabilize. Look for the tighest timings with rated frequency and voltage.
Then start from here looking to the best relation between voltage, MHz and performance. I would do this way if i were you... 
I have Teamgroup Xtreem DDR2-667 3-3-3-8. 2.0v-2.2v rated in the label. But i am able to work with no errors in Orthos or win memtest with DDR2-850 3-3-3-8 @ 2.25v...
Now i'm trying to find the best timings and voltage to set them in DDR2-1000 but i'm with some problems. I have to work harder... heheh

Only now i've seen the link you posted...
This depends of many things... Board, cpu, BIOS version, etc...
As you see in my case, i didnt need to increase vdimm too much to increase mem frequency from 667 to 850 keeping same timings...
