Yea that is an insane score for a gto. Mine does 4800 stock in 05 so u got a nice OC there, considering 12 pipes

YES, it is complex to squeeze out of 12 pipes more, but at me already is has reserved almost in 30Mhz on the chip and 10 on memory.
I think the further increase of a pressure (the result is made on 1,7) and cooling by ice water will give even greater result, but simply much rests against memory, it could not be dispersed almost. I Think if I shall find money to complete the system phase pass that I shall put result on the order above.
By the way, I would like to hear results of local masters of dispersal having experience of dispersal GTO (12) what results they received and under what conditions. Once again forgive for bad English.

Here so I have solved a problem of a weak feed, it is a pity there is no additional socket of a feed

Also I ask, write a simple language as for kids, it is very complex to translate sometimes.

This is what Vapor and I recently accomplished with a 12 pip X800Pro on ambient water. It looks like you can do a bit better with those massive core and memory clocks. Try LOD +2 and +3, should boost you a couple hundred points.

But nevertheless I is more, how you managed so effectively to use resources of a videocard? In sense, such low frequencies and such high result? I specially did not alter OS I think a record only from it can well increase.
Also I can by virtue of difficulties of translation has not understood that such LOD +2/+3

LOD its a tweak with Atitraytools for ATIs cards and with Rivatuner for Nvidias cards .

by default the cards come with LOD= 0 , change LOD to +2 or +3 and basicly you are changing the graphics to run worse and you get more FPS = more Score

When i had my old x800GTO i use:

3dmark 2001--- LOD = +3 ( more 600/700 points than default)
3dmrks 2005 --- LOD = +2 ( more 70/80 points than default)

just open Atitraytools go to 3Dsettings and set LOD to +1 or +2 or +3 , (try the 3 LODs because its not same LOD in all Cards and all 3dmaks (2k1/2k3/2k5) ), save setings and Run 3Dmark

For a GTO 12 pipe, yeah you got the record. For all 12 pipes though, blind ripper is ahead by just 5 points. Almost there!

7701 with single X800GTO-1. This result stored in X800XL ORB-section.
I think it was done with unlocked to 16 pipes GTO-1 card, but who cares if your card non-unlockable? Set proper cooling on GPU, try LOD-tweak and beat this

Well, I don't see anything special about that score other than that it's in the wrong category. It's not a bad score, but it clearly says its a GTO2, and 7.7k from a 16 pipe card is admittedly not very difficult...

S_A_V - It not 12 pipes a card, there are opened 16 pipes (it is visible on frequency), I think with LOD updating and sharpening OS can take result where above 7700, in an ideal I wish to pass 8000 (when that so thought about 7000)

Gautam I think from 16 pipes on GTO (GTO2) and the chip r480 it is easy to type 7700 even without tortures similar mine.
By the way, to me have sold this videocard rejected, I have repaired, at all did not know that all will be so! Now on a card there are no 5-6 elements and thus it shows such results!
At all I do not wish to think what result it will turn out at installation of system of phase transition, but this business not the close future, session on study.

k il do it and thake the 8k vlag , just give me 2 weeks .
edit : there are more tweaks than lod for ati . im not useing lods to but now 05 it dos not makes any diffrents

Im with 12p x800GTO too. Right now im at 7.3k on air. I see you done cap mod, saw your review in oc.ru I will try to play with pelts, and cold air to get 7.5k+.
