Can the guys posting the BJ14 memory post the entire part number on lower line?
i.e.
K4J55323QG (these are 256Mbit density BC14, 1.8v)
K4J55323QF (these are 256Mbit density GC14, 2.0v)
K4J52324QC (these are 512Mbit density, BC 1.8v, BJ 2.0v)
In the 256Mbit densities I can't find that BJ14 even exists, only in the 512Mbit densities and even then it was removed from production (are the rest being used for the 256MB cards but then there would be fewer chips on the card). These BJ14's seem to clock great so far I would like to know exactly what they are.
Another interesting point for trying the Vmem volt mod is that some of this memory is 1.8v and some 2.0v. Something to keep in mind when overvolting.
My 700mhz 1.4ns BC14 is suppose to be 1.8v and it is running at 2.0v if you measure the TP from vr-zone.
