Clari fication about crossfire setup.
On the p8z77 ws chapter 2-7 and 2-8 . It says that crossfire setup should use PCIe x16_1 and PCIe x16_2 for PCI express x16 graphics cards.
Just to confirm this is the case.
You see on page 2_7 it says that pcie x16_2 operates at x8 mode

EDIT: I might be misleading you good folks here.

Iam trying to confirm what the proper setup is for a crossfire configuration.
Is it
a) PCIe x16_1 and PCIe x16_2 for PCI express x16 graphics cards.
Or
b) PCIe x16_1 and PCIe x16_3 for PCI express x16 graphics cards.
