I did updated the BIOS thru TweakIT. didn't change anything.
I Installed other ram and gpu didn't help.
I've tried to start it without anything installed on (cpu, ram or gpu).

Onlyt thing i get when switchin on the PSU is the stanby lights of motherboard. start button does'nt react at all.

SO is it true that to test the motherboard if it's starting up ( starting the PSU ), I don't need anything installed on board ? Or I do need RAM, CPU ?

I would also like to know what tests does this motherboard do before starting up the PSU.
1) verify jumper setting of clear cmos, clear cmos using said jumper
2) loosen cpu cooling mount
3) use only one stick of ram
4) move single stick of ram to every dimm slot until it fails to boot in all of them.
