Depends what your CPU needs, you just need to work it out by trial and error. Try slowly increasing slowly from 4 GHz rather than jumping straight to 4.2 GHz.

Overvoltage on load causes some nasty power spikes etc which is not good for stability. Droop provides much cleaner power and a lot of people report being stable on lower load voltage with droop rather than with LLC on.
