i've been trying all afternoon to get something that actually boots.
I've had no problems with asus and gigb boards. This xfx crap is getting to me.
The only options I have are and the default settings along with several of the options for each:

Cell Menu

XFX J031 Over Clock Function Menu:
FSB Clock MHz: 1333 (set to anything)
Mem Clock MHz: 800 (set to anything)
Adjust CPU Ratio: (highest 8.5, set to any increment lower)

PC Vlotage Status (Love the typo!)
Then a warning about setting the jumper (it is set to OC).

CPU Voltage: default 0.0000v, options - .0125v - .3000v @ .0125 incr
Mem Voltage: def 1.90, option - anything to 2.5v .05incr
VTT FSB Voltage: def 1.2, options1.2-1.5v.025 incr
NB Voltage: def 1.24, anything 1.2-1.51 .04incr
SB Core Power: def 1.5v, anything 1.5-1.6v .3incr


Advance DRAM Config Menu:
Full Auto or:
Manual:
CAS Latency
tRCD
fRP
rRAS
tRRD
tRC
tWR
