680i does not have tRD/PLs, or to be more exact, you can't influence it manually, that's why I said it does have some mean strap changes.
On 680i memory bandwidth is very dependend on CPU clock, not really much on FSB once you passed a certain speed because of the aforementioned strap changes. It shines on read and latency, but write and copy scores will always be lower than on Intel chipsets.
Which other settings?
That's all you will get from it, be happy that you have tRC, that's a timing I miss on my Intel chipset, because it will help you generate more bandwidth. The problem is that you can't force a certain strap.

It's not a Motherboard problem, you are all not familiar with nVidia chipsets, they are totally different from what we are used to on Intel chipsets.![]()
