- So what really is faster...3.8GHZ CPU but NB at 2000 or 3000MHZ?

It means he's running 0.95V (slightly less than 1V) for 2000MHz CPU-NB. Sounds right to me as i only need 1.1875V to run 2.6GHz CPU-NB.
