I OCed a little bit : (as you can know from another site) And problem with entering Bios still happens .

One more question, during Prime/Linx, Core speed differ between CoreTemp/Real Temp where multiplier was changing between 20x 21x , and CPU-z where it was most the time at the same level (4120MHz) U can notice this on above screen , compare Realtemp (4070MHZ ) and Cpu-z (4141MHz) . Is it normal ?? Which is more believable ?
Realtemp isn't accurate AFAIK maybe updating to 3.20RC4 might help but use coretemp 0.99.5 build 20 instead. But for multi use cpuz 1.50 to read it.

Ensure EIST is enabled when turbo mode is enabled.

You could also be triggering off the TDC/TDP protection modes which disable Turbo mode under high loads (triggered at >70A and >80W respectively). Read tip #3 & tip #25here including how to disable TDC/TDP protection and for Vista power manager to set to high performance (link bookmark it lots of useful tips )

Pushing some suicide everest runs with memory clocked to the max to see what kind of everest numbers I get
