Yeah, those things boot at 1066 because DDR3 memory is designed to boot at 1.5v and those are your 1.5v setting. This helps ensure that memory sticks will work on any motherboard. I had the same issue with my OCZ DDR3 1800, they booted at 1333 @ 6-6-6-18 1T timings. Once I got them to 1.9v 1800 @ 8-8-8-24 2T all was fine.
