Hey I got an easier way, copy the BIOS file onto a FAT formatted USB stick and plug that into your machine when it is switched off. Switch the machine on, press DEL to enter setup and the option to flash the BIOS is right there in the BIOS page (last/second last tab).

LOL ... seriously that option is there.... lol .. i never payed any attention to that page......

Well is it using the easy-flash or the Asus Fudo ... i like my way better if it is the Fudo as i not like Fudo as it can cause issues after flashing and OCing and such can be fked.
