Well, i've tried your profile, or better, i've tried to try your profile, but can't load it, it says that it's not compatible version or something like that.
Wich bios are you using? i'm using the 0406, maybe this is the problem?
Or did i do something wrong? I've downloaded your file, unzipped and saved on a empty pen drive formatted in fat16. Restarted the pc, entered bios and started oc profile, here i can see the 430pl7.cmo file, but when i try to load it, the system refuses to proceed...
