ati 2900xt bios mods wall at 860

I have no issue with volts can get gpu up to 1.35v

i can't get the gpu to run at 860mhz and up at the folowing volts
1.2v (stock)
1.25v
1.3v
1.35v

i can run just no issues at 1.2v at 854mhz

i using a saphire 2900xt 1gb card for this testing

is there any type of wall with some of the 2900xt bios files?

also have a ati 2900xt 512mb using in crossfire when I figure this issue out.
see sig for current 3d mark in crossfire. at 800 each have no test in CF at the max of 854mhz.
