    [Project] "Home Wrecker" TJ07 build

Hi all, let me start by saying this is a great community and im glad to be here with out further ado i present to you

initally it was a TT armor build, which would be a revision to my existing
system but with some help this is now a completely new build just taking
my old cpu and putting it in this system. so im considering it a different
computer were before it was just a revision. anyways

im warning you there are alot of pics and more to come. so that is the reason
why alot of the images are small so all users (maybe even 56k) can view
    with ease.

    lets begin.

initially i just ordered some WC stuff for my existing build which eventually
evolved in to this massive build. i have alot more pics but ill just post the
    necessary ones

say hello to TJ07, the box is just absolutely massive i mean a small family
could live in there comfortably. first impression of the TJ07 was wow.
every part of it is very nicely engineered but the the anodizing isnt that
good. not very strong and with further inspection the case had be touched
up with what i presume to be sharpies... but its ok. there small spots so
its not that big of a deal. no the less an amazing case

here i just put the anti cyclone to the test. i purchased it in case of any
cycloning but forgot that the supreme takes good care of that (restrictive)
anyways was fun, found out the pump dumps alot of heat in to a loop but
    thats a really short loop.

yay for stuff initially i had a design in mind but you see later that i change
my mind so i ended up with so parts not being used.

finally got home and opened everything, very impressed with all the parts
especially with the striker, i think they could of made the presidency much
more profound. some times see out of place and just over all design could
be improved but, hey what do i know, im just a designer.. anyways

received some stuff from petras opened some more stuff installed a few things
spent a few hours here and there sleeved up the 24 pin. did a few
other things, sleeved some SATAs put the rheobus on a tj07 cover etc etc

    2/11/08

started to install a few things, sleeved up cables, made a SATA/fan cable
for the HD cage, drilled and cut some holes. just slow progress

got another box filled with goodies. stripped the dominator fans, tapped the
thermal right back plate for m4 screws that came with the supreme, started
to install some stuff, put some LEDs behind the mobo for some back light.
not as effective as i thought. has noting to light up so might be changing
    that little

testing the G11 also you can see that im testing my fittings which
consist of ek 1/2" barbs and a 1/2" copper elbow fused together seal with
some tubing. not a bad solution, pretty much like a compression fitting
no leaks, no issues, flow is good too

also got my fans installed up top, cut down the wire and hide it out of site
i like to plan my wire management ahead of time. clean is always good

installed everything, tubed it up filled the loop and ran it for a few days my
HD were DOA which is ok b/c newegg replaced them for me which is nice.
found some nice green stuff floating around... so i drained the loop and
started to rethink the process. wanted to go dual loop but ill have to buy
a 240GTX and some DDC which i dont have the money for right now
but a single loop proved to be pretty darn good.

    ______________________________________________

so i drained the loop disassembled the block and found my green friends just
hanging out... clean it up, drained the system, boiled out the rad
rinsed the system out with distilled and i was back and running. finally
received my 775 plate. thanks eddy looks really nice

well those switches i bought from petra looked really really nastly. the used
some 12v lamp inside and was a yellow color which made the switch look
green so i dremeled some blue LEDs to size and shoved them in there inlined
a resistor and waa laa. a REAL blue rocker switch

my RMA came in, finally was very happy. plugged everything in and worked
    perfectly.

mounted the radiator, fitted very nicely. did some painting. from personal
experience especially with metals i skip priming. all i do i give it a nice sanding
with 400 grit and clean it really well. then i just warm up the material before
painting and put down light coats and force dry them between each coat.
then a nice wet matte finish clear which i also force dry. comes out strong
and quite nice. cut a hole out on the dividing tray for cables. painted that tray
as well. picked up some plexi, got some special plans and made a plexi plate
for the switches in the front.
