One thing I forgot to note with this and Asus's other recent boards. If changing out a CPU, make sure you clear the CMOS without a CPU in the socket. The board will not boot with a changed CPU unless the BIOS is cleared before putting it in. 'LAZY' may want to try removing his CPU, clearing the CMOS and trying to boot with only one stick of memory.
