You need to deal with the PWM temp, its running 93C with 100C Max and normally it is a Max of 80C, at least with BIOS versions 11.BIN, 12.B01, and 12.B02.
I guess I need to do the heatpipe mod then, because this is with a 90mm fan sitting on my vid card pointing at the heatsink. Without that when I first ran orthos it got to 115 C before I realized and shut it down.
