This is what Im hearing but from my own observation I dont think its exactly true... The dividers affects the Performance level but I think 1066fsb cpus still runs at 1066strap regardless the divider here's why....

All test ware done @ 3600mhz ( 514fsb x 7 ) 1:1 , timings are all the same (even sub timings) and same OS ....

SPI 32M times

E6600 with DFI 965-s = 13m09s Performance Level= n/a
E6600 with IP35 pro = 13m11s Performance level= 7
E6850 with IP35 pro = 13m40s Performance Level=7

Im not an expert on knowing how straps really works but the IP35 + E6600 using 1:1 divider is just as fast as the 965-s which is running at 1066strap.... But with an E6850, spi32M is 29sec slower

After running the E6850, I replaced it with an E6600 and ran superpi again to double check... The E6600 was again ~ 29sec faster...

So if its true that using 1:1 divider puts you in the 1333strap then both E6600 and E6850 should be just as fast, right? ... But since the E6600 was alot faster then I believe it was running at 1066strap unlike the E6850... even at 1:1
