I think it has something to do with that some video cards are not compatible with some undocumented pci-e bus acceleration the DS3 does when you enable cpu clock control

The o/cing problems are not the same...
we've got 2 categories:
1. no o/c at all
2. can't get more than xxxMhz...

the 1st one are people who cannot change pcie bus speed, or cannot change fsb with even 1Mhz...

the 2nd are people whos MBs are just crappy, or they have set sth wrong in bios...

ASAIK the problem of NO o/c at all can be fixed with a different VGA

the problem of being stuck at some xxxMhz with this USB sth setting in bios and ofc adding Volts, and... making the chipset colder!
