    Duniek, what is the difference between rev 2.0 and 2.5 ?

    only diffrent with 2.0 and 2.5 is in evap

    evap 2.0 has enter capilary on top and suction center on bottom

    evap2.5 has enter capilary on bottom center
    so whole cap tube is in suction

    and 2,3mm chaneles and 1,7mm gaps

    Make the bottom about 1 mm thinner to make it do a little better And at the top, make it bit smaller on drill size and just nick it with suction tube OD size so you can push it in without having to worry about blocking suction return...
    This one really brings me back old memories lol.

    I would definately make the base thinner. 6mm is pretty thick. I would personally go to 4mm tbh

    Initial play, holds an E2160 @ 3.4, and that's about it!

    Really nice, but i can tell you that that isulation is not enough thick and strong for backplate (motherboard isulation). Try to mount it and you will see in 1 week how thick it will be

    Not so much about thickness as an air tight seal at least for me. But yeah that would probably compress pretty heavily. You'd end up having to tighten down again.
