I have the res 150 and I love it but I would like it to have 2 barb holes directly on the bottom so I can have it on the back of my case with the tubing going straight down

Thats the only thing I can think of besides making it mount on the D5 somehow which dosent seem possible

Anyway thats all I have to say

    Hey...
If someone sends me a full dimensioned picture of the mounting holes for the mosfet block I'll put them in production this week and he'll get one for free (the first one)
I need that measured with caliper at least 0,1mm accurate.

    Eddie,
I ought to be able to handle that. Spent a few years as a draftsman back when we used pens and ink.
Have the board and vernier calipers.
I'll get it off to you tomorrow. Email to your site?

Finally I made and tested a full solution to cyclon effect in Ek reservoirs.
A very simple and cheap solution:

I thought the revised base was supposed to fix the cyclone?

Guess I'm glad I didn't go ahead and get one. Besides, now that the air is bled out I think the cyclone looks kinda cool

So it looks like that part + the new base is needed to get rid of the cyclone. Fair enough, looks like it works.

It does, but with very powerfull pumps it also appears.

How much are we going to get charged for this. I bought 4 of your revised bases for my reservoirs and I still get the cyclone effect. I'd hate to spend more after spending $30 to fix a problem that shouldn't have been there in the first place, and that should have been fixed the 2nd time around.

I have to agree, I'm not impressed with having to buy another part to get an easy bleeding loop after buying the second revision bottoms to replace the originals of the 200 reservoir.

It's not exactly a secret that we use DDC's and really the reservoirs (1st revision bottom and second revision) should have been easy to use with such pumps.

I know the second bottoms wasn't exactly expensive and probably neither will this part be, but it's the principle I dislike.

I've said the same thing about Swiftech and their MC14's, MC21's and the second revision stealth.

If it ain't watercooled, I don't wanna know.

    I totally understand you.
If I came to that conclusion sooner, I would do it this way.
The part will not cost much.
But we cant make it for free and resellers has to earn a little too
But I think that is a very goor solution for ultra-high-flow user.

Come on guys give Eddy a break, at least he is trying to solve the problems so that future reservoirs won't have the same problem...
