^^ looks like even the regular gtx from evga is 1.1ns... so should be rated at 1.8GHZ![]()
.... however speaking from experience... ive had 2 cards with 1.4ns ram which never hit their rated speed of 1.4ghz... and my gtx has 1.6ns ram and it can reach 1.4ghz almost without volt mods

Anyone have a picture of the Ram w/part numbers??? Or are you guys just going from the reported speeds? Looking forward to TRUE 1.1ns memory![]()

Does anyone have a picture of their 1.1ns memory???
I'm getting conflicting information about what is/should be on these cards.![]()
Thanks, I appreciate anyone who can post a pic, or link to one that I have not come across yet.

i think 7900GT from XFX ave 1.2ns memorys :
http://www.bjorn3d.com/theforum/view...ca67f5a79971b9All tests were performed with a 1280x1024 resolution. The cards tested claimed 1.2ns DDR3 for both cards. ForceWare 84.12 was used for testing.
and maybe this explain why 7900GT XFX get 1800MHZ and more with no prolems and others 7900GT cards only go to 1700/1720Mhz.
i put 1800MHZ in coolbits and pass with no problems and bench 3dmark with no artifacts , nothing at all :

Can the guys posting the BJ14 memory post the entire part number on lower line?
i.e.
K4J55323QG (these are 256Mbit density BC14, 1.8v)
K4J55323QF (these are 256Mbit density GC14, 2.0v)
K4J52324QC (these are 512Mbit density, BC 1.8v, BJ 2.0v)
In the 256Mbit densities I can't find that BJ14 even exists, only in the 512Mbit densities and even then it was removed from production (are the rest being used for the 256MB cards but then there would be fewer chips on the card). These BJ14's seem to clock great so far I would like to know exactly what they are.
Another interesting point for trying the Vmem volt mod is that some of this memory is 1.8v and some 2.0v. Something to keep in mind when overvolting.
My 700mhz 1.4ns BC14 is suppose to be 1.8v and it is running at 2.0v if you measure the TP from vr-zone.

It is pretty funny. Alot of people with the 650mhz 7900GTX card cannot go past 1600-1680ish. Even with the 1.1ns memory. yet some poeple with slower memory are having a hay day. What voltage are you guys comming up with with the Superclock edition of the 7900GTX 690, or even the 700mhz. I'm pretty interested in seeing what people are getting for voltage. Im getting about 2.1v This is on my 650/1600 7900GTX I've even tried to flash to the 690/1760mhz card, nothing. Lets try to figure this out.Originally Posted by Pandora's Box

my 7900GT also get 1800MHZ easly and benchmark with no artifacts and pass coolbits , didnt try more cause coolbits only go to max out 900
There is a guy that flashes EVGA 7900GTX with XFX 7900GTX XXX bios and work

Yeah, I did that aswell. But I was getting artifacts. My GPU runs 697 with no problems, but my BJ11 memory only does 1680 with no problems. nothing higher. Im wondering what voltage the XXX's are running on the memory, or any of the 690/1760 cards.

When Mercedes brought their C111 to Talledega years ago and blew away the closed course record did it count? Yes..
That was a "factory" car and a "one of" that no one could buy and was never sold.
Records are records and that is a fact so get over it.
I was able to grab 3 more mhz on the memory side.Originally Posted by mascaras
