I would upgrade to F8 or F9 asap.

I'm in the qflash utility now (I'm on my itouch typing this) and I don't know which to choose under update bios from drive either floppy A or HDD 1-0. I'm using a flash drive btw

I found it but it says file size incorrect
I've had that, I'd try to copy the file to the stick again. If you can find a mirror of the same file, that would be even better, it could be that the file got corrupted.

hmmm... you certain you have the right bios for your board? Try redownloading?

That's too bad. I know that board's not much of a clocker but I would have expected at least 233 or even 266fsb from it with that cpu.
