    Be sure to check for Bent pins in the CPU Socket, I have seen Several users have this issue due to bent pins.

    QPI/Vtt and IOH voltage also can cause this if they are not set high enough. It can also be caused by memory timings being set to tight.

    Good luck in finding the cause, and I hope it is not bent pins

    Thanks , just taken the board out , cant see any bent pins, do you know where the serial number is located ?

    there is a number on the box sn090600090248 and a 9G1380 01656 on the board
