    Jack's silent SLI/CF single-stage cooler (2* NL11F@R507, red LEDs)

    Hi

Cornerjack, mine "old" customer (He already bought from me 3/4 HP SS with CPEV) has ordered from me a SLI cooler . Finally we've decided to build it using 2 Danfosses NL11F (one for each evap to have better temperatures), so I can say that are 2 independent single-stages, using one 1.9 kW condensor, and builded on one metal base . Four 120mm Thunderblades with red LEDs are some bling bling hehe . The unit is very silent in mine opinion .

    Full specs :

    Compressors: 2 x Danfoss NL11F
Evaps: custom steeper for SLI, with inox enclosure
    XV: captubes 0.8 mm
Condensor: 1.9kW cooled by 4x 120 mm Tt Thunderblade with red LEDs, splitted for 2 loops
    Refrigerant : R507
    Case : zincked metal baseplate, 50 x 35 cm
    Others: suction lines accumulators

I've used suction line holders .

    @215 W

Both evaps make around -50-52*C unloaded, and around -35-36*C @ 215W dummyload.

Jack has said me that now He Have some "problems" and maybe He is going to sell that dual evap ...but I hope that somebody will be happy with that cooler, and will beat some WRs with 2 nice GPUs .

    Regards
    Peter

Always wondered if normal vents (120x120x25mm or 140x140x25mm) could do the job of cooling the condenser - now I know

Thanks Piotres, very nice and powerful unit.

    Vuco

Have you load tested them both at the same time? Your temps may not be as good if you didnt as your pressures will be higher when both halfs of the condenser are in use.

No, I haven't because I don't have two 215W dummyloads, but in my opinion that won't make temps higher than 0.5-1*C on each evap .

Wow, looking good, always like to see nice work when I do make my occasional stops in here. I love the look of the evaps and enclosures for video, they look great!
I had the fastest 32M Opteron time for about 1/2 day, and I'm damn proud of it

Still gauking over the condenser and shroud, the ones I got are nice, but I cant fit 4x120mm, so I use 6.5" fans which dont really come in LED flavors. Maybe I'll do some 2x120mm ones and get LED's.

Ya I havent seen that since Chilly1 did some dual evap dual compressor units. Good thing you used one thats big enough though. Probably could have used half of what your using even.
