One question, is it possible to feed the cpu with more volts and use power saving functions c1e/speedstep -> so you can use low idle speeds and volts and reach max frequency while using custom set vcore (not auto) ?

the SPI time looks good man

my time wasn't tweaked and B1 stepping is generally slower than B2 but still i would have thought that run on 680i would be around high 16m

maybe gigacrap have figured out how to tweak for RAM performance a bit better that others

    this is with P965 chipset

    hey benny

i'll love to see you test this board with an E6600 CPU at 3.6Ghz with 400MHz on RAM and then increase the RAM MHz with 4-4-4-x timings......it would be great if you've got any RAM that can move past 500MHz

will the tuniq tower fit this board, or do you have to remove the backplate?

It will fit with some creative engineering or you can just remove the backplate.

    Hi benny,

    Nice result!

Is that a retail board? care to share where you bought ?
After reading your thread, I tried to get one from the local distributor .....argh.. they said its not yet available.

Currently using Asus striker with E4300, couldn't get pass 400FSB.

I ordered this board today from ClubIt.com overnight. I Have the Abit, Asus, and EVGA 680i boards. I hope this is where my search ends. I also have E6600, 3060 and X6800 to play with. I'll start a new thread with results and comparisons.
