WR for the lowest VDIMM running 32m 2gb set. wanna touch this?

I know someone will have somthing to say, so S7e9h3n told me no matter how the hard time it is, just prove to everyone..
you know what, I am kinda really shocked when I just try my luck and see if it can do this low..
but no wonder, I will leave you guys to see.
    Team Group Infaneon/Aenoen series?

all digital camera pictures and with Meter , smart gardian/bios got 2.24v; meter with 2.29/2.30v

all here: I am lazy to organize, too sad..

I will have official release and DDR510 2-3-2 pass dual super pi 32m bench post later

ahh, you got there before me..

I had plans on testing my modules at ultra low voltage as well.
Is it a direct physical voltmod or can the board give you so low volts in bois?

kunaak was doing ~250 at ~2.24v iirc, probably same chips (Infineon).

Reguardless, still very nice results OPB

    Ah, the Venus board!

..I'm very tempted to buy me that board, will be the last and the best of socket 939 and without all the DRM/TC implementations that are coming on AMD2...

Do you believe that this ultra low voltage is possible due the board itself?

    ..ohuhmm...yes, I know.

I will have to do that sooner or later, but my PSU is decent.
Still won't help me getting those ultra low vdimm settings now, won't it?

Infineon based DDR2 with 6E 2.5ns will also hold the record for lowest voltage at highest speed.

Corsair has modules built on Infineon. The bad part is that they do not like high voltage on DDR2 and will error early.

They are very strong for the voltage they run at (DDR2 parts).

Nice job! Anybody measured the RAM's temp difference from stock volts when undervolting\overclocking? Just curious.
My pc is uhh well lets say it is my dad's pc after he let the blue smoke out.

actually for infaneon/aenoen IC, they don't get hot during full loaded; very similar to Samsung
