Using foscopper brazing rods without flux would make your joints look even nicer.
Loved your system, what captube size and lenght do you use?
    PS:What torch do you use?

normally ya want almost same pressures as refrigeration charts.
i havnt used r402a but with correct capillary line and gas charge would expect few c's off with spec sheet, other wise undercharged.

In saying that if you can keep that compressor at around 0psig it should be at its best.
Specially casue they are LBP compressors and ment to run around that.

    Im using shorter for r402

In last unit used 1,8m of 0,7mm cap. Start off with 2,1m and keeped reducing till i was happy with results... This way it holds load much better !

what sort of suction line temps do you have say 8" before compressor Littledevil and Blaster at idle and load.
Some ppl like short, some longer works better??
i know that r290 is different refrigerant
shortest i eva tried is 2.4m and also tried up to 3.6m
2.4-3m all seems good, hard to say which is best though.
    capillary line are weird hey.

humm maybe ur using 0,8 mm cap tube

long cap I get bigger delta from idle and load temps, and with my Opt170 running both cores at 1,66 vcore it really needed that shorter cap tube

system was tunned for that cpu
