What is the max stable clock?

The max of my 144 is 3,15, aircooled too, but stable is only 2,8g with 1,52v on a MSI Neo2.

    Yep, really amazing !!!

Rip off that sucking IHS, build up yourself an IGLO and put in Your PC with a long wire connection. You'll get 3.7 easily.........

    Nice chip mate.

very nice chip, but dont you think almost 1.7v is pushing it? even if your temps are reasonable its not fantastic for the chip

Nice result, its a war now I will rip my IHS of and go for 3600 on air.

I assume by the temps that you do not use your IHS.

When you've gotten off that HS try burning it in for a while if you haven't. F.ex run two instances of "toast burn-in" (two separate exe's.)

Great cpu and cooling solution btw!

I have a Opty 146 CABYE 0540FPMW and so far I tested 3004 MHz AIR with 24°c ambient prime 8 hrs and SpI 32M STABLE, but I recognized PSU is holding me back, it doesnt make the 12V rail and the HDD turns sometimes off ,
so Im going for a Tagan U15 PSU (btw I see you have a Tagan too, which one?)

It's 100% 24/7 safe. I benched for hours on hours with 1.9-2.05v through my 146 and it still runs just as well as it did out of the box on water.

That would be to say before you chipped the core and destroyed some little crumby things
In short, both AMD and NVIDIA discovered that their next-generation graphics cards are superior to each others' last-generation graphics cards.
