K8N Neo4 Platinum is examined simply (NF4 is experienced for the first time)

Little younger brother's movements are slower, just get after having a meal this noon Have a look at the board appearance of this host computer first Whole overall picture

Partly , there are eight SATAs under right Clear Coms uses the button

Put the materials on left of the host computer board

Some in right, individual is relatively used to such a design of dimm

Materials near the power , it is the electric capacity to be full-time this time, it seems that the circuit is much closely more knit too

    The environment allocating K8 939 3000+ 0.09
    MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
    G-Skill TCCD DDR600 256MBX2
    NV6600GT
    TEAC512EB
    Taiwan reaches 300W

About DDR600 cl2.5 3-3-5s are examined small first

Again about DDR674 cl3 4-4-8s are examined small

SLI? Why SLI are two host computers stiff ? HA...Have studied for old half a day

Get too in haste this time, there will be detailed test in a few days Certainly the above is tested and just tested briefly, it is not the limit

I think this must be nForce Ultra, not SLI .

    Nice mobo & Ram m8!

That's right, this motherboard uses the nForce Ultra chipset.
But, as proven in this topic, nForce Ultra chipsets can run SLI too.
I wouldn't be suprised if this motherboard is more stable in SLI than the 'Diamond'-version.

300HTT, impressive. i think i'm going to pass on SLI and just get this board. what aggravates me about the msi sli is that it has no pci e 1x, and all the other ones have half sataI and half sata II ports, wtf is up with that?

this board though, CAN do SLI, even at a light performance hit, which might be patched over if the drivers become better and more efficient at load balancing, which i suspsect is where the hit is coming from. and it also has all sataII ports, and has a pci e 1x slot.

furthermore, it won't constrict me to purely nvidia graphic solutions for the next 2 years or so.

edit: oh you also got a 338 HTT in there, really impressive.

I know it's not that important, but how noisey is the Nforce4 chip fan? Those small ones always seem to be really cheap and whiney, which amazes me on a £130 board.

    OK quick question here...

If someone does not care about SLi, is there any point to upgrade to the MSI NF4 AGP version from a Neo 2 Plat?
I mean concrete reasons, not just because its newer and therefore must be better.

windwithme even if your NF4 is sample, can you please:

    - Tell if all SATA ports are locked ???
    - Tell the voltages available in the bios version you have ???

    Thanks in advance,
