    Video : How to make a Motherboard - Details and pictures inside

    Hey guys,

    It's been a while I haven't posted new stuff here in the Xtreme news section, but here are my 2 cents.

    his year OverClocking-TV visited the GIGABYTE Factory in Nan-Ping for the third time and we had a special access to shoot some very nice footage directly on the production line, at a time no other press were joining us. We had the factory totally for us and we managed to shoot a huge footage and in the end we have more than 3hours or raw videos.

    We selected the best parts and mixed everything in a great video with explanation and details you need to know when you make a motherboard.

    You will know every details and step that are used to make a motherboards with the off voice from Trouffman (please forgive my French accent, I’m trying to change it ! ).

    nice, all done by a machine, must of costed a fortune getting all that equipment, i just wanna steal all of those UD9's haha

    Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

    Why use machines when you have cheap labor and a need to employ millions of people. The best substitute for an AI machine is HI (the human kind). Those people are apparently happier than Foxconn employees too.

    The components they're placing by hand are all through-hole. (Ram sockets, Pci-e, i/o connectors.

    until they make these SMD they'll be loading by hand, and using wave.

    You can see how ridiculously fast the Pick n Place is. Imagine if the rest fo the components were still through-hole :P

    * Looks over at 286 *
