Nice.. ya prompting me to go back to testing for max bclk on my DFI UT X58

for 32m you may need to play with subtimings i.e. tRFC and possibly more vdimm/cpu vtt

thanks mate i know that this cpu is pretty good

time for a small update.. i found today what my problem with super pi and pifast was my ram. these sticks totally SUCK !! not even raising the ram voltage to 1.85v dont make em stable..damn it !! i think i need to start to look for another pair

Are you sure, that it is the ram? What VTT/uncore voltage you are using? (Measured from board)

Well.. really good tri channel kits are not so expensive.

Oh.. and very nice scores ..4.83GHz with that price is awesome!

well im pretty sure its the rams fault but i will have to test other vtt volts too to confirm its really the rams fault. the vtt/uncore voltages i already tested were between 1.55 and 1.63v

check your subtimings as well which you left on AUTO, hence why i was curious about memset/cpu tweaker screenshots

i tested the subtimings and no go.. its like anything over 830mhz with any latency ( i even tested cl10) or voltage and the superpi gives an error at some point.. lol i guess i just have to tighten up the latencys cos this damn things just refuse to clock any higher

Maybe even more voltage to Rams ? I know it kinda looks like a suicide mission, but it worths a shot ...

BTW, great results mate, your 920 is a hell of a chip !

thanks bro.. heh im still gonna keep my 775 stuff for those bench programs that use only one core.

update time. as you can see my superpi 32m time sucks cos of the memory, my dominators just cant handle higher clock speeds so there is not much i can do. i ordered a pair of new sticks today and im hoping that im able to improve my memory bandwidth by heaps.
