Block got clogged, CPU overheated, acrylic cracked because it got so hot - thankfully the corrosion was so bad it was too thick to seep out the block - instead, it was slowly growing from the inside-out! :P

Om nom nom. Might try and take the acrylic and copper apart and take some samples to see how thick it is under there! There's a bit bit floating about in the tubes (it's beside the rad header in that photo)
