    My "gold edition" DDC top

I wasn't happy with the quality of my XSPC top so after hacking it into a strange mutant reservoir top for fun, I decided to get down to business and build myself a nice clean standard top, as I will be using an external res on my next build. It features an impeller sealing rim such as the SWC top posted a week or so ago, but with a one-piece design as I had originally imagined some time ago, and some tweaks in the shape of the volute which may or may not make it different in performance than some of the other tops on the market:

siiiick. I can imagine that thing costing upwards of $60 if it's solid brass. . .

    Word man, teh sexy!

iandh, did you take measurements from an xspc top (since that results in a best performing ddc) and then cnc'd it? How did you do it?
