[WR DDR3] Crucial Value PC8500 "D9GTR" : Cas 5 -> 957MHz et Cas 6 -> 1043MHz
JMH Team strikes again ! Indeed, after have improved WR DDR2 (here), I tackle myself to DDR3 overclocking !
So, my friend, Brezodor, lend to me his memory block. By the way, I have could chill memory with my R23 Cascade built by Learn.
Cold is very advantageous for DDR3 overclocking judging from frequency I have reach.
- CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 "Wolfdale"
- CPU Cooling : RadBox
- M/B : Asus "ROG" Blitz Extreme
- M/B Cooling : Stock + Delta 220cfm
- Bios : 1005, it implies that bad times at SuperPI
- Memory : 2*1Go de Crucial Value PC8500 "D9GTR"
- Memory Cooling : Cascade 2 étages (R23) by JP
- Vcore -> 1,4V / Vnb -> 1,81V / Vsb : 1,150V
- OS : Windows Server 2003

With 2,62V. Bad times but it's not the aim.

Then benchmarks in Cas 6, unfortunately Blitz sucks above 1000MHz that's why I have made quickly test in Cas 6. With a better motherboard, I think I can do better.
