I recieved three QX's the a couple of days ago, and started testing.. The first ES I tested was good on Cascade, and managed 10.15 sec superpi@5005Mhz on cascade@about -92 degrees evap temp.
The other one however... really su**ed on cascade.. so I strapped on my LN2 container and started benching..
Equipment:
CPU QX 6700 ES week 32
Mobo: Asus P5K deluxe
Memory: OCZ FLEX pc9200 (smokin' )
PSU: OCZ ProXtream 1Kw
Videocard: My good ole PCI 8MB from 1994
Cooling: Stoolcan Rev 1 all solid copper .... and a good load of LN2..
Here is SuperPi 1M with all four cores enabled
Which i think is a VR in superPi 1m... and soon to be beaten..
Then there was Wprime32M... Just missed OPB, but got K|ngp|n
Wprime1024M.. Just missed Hipro..
Pifast all cores enabled
Then I left one core enabled...
VR QX6700
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=200450
Then i started benching beyond the old record of 5307 Mhz
Pifast VR on QX
Superpi1M VR on QX (as far as I know..)
So, all in all, a nice way to spend an evening in the garage..
Not to forget... Thanks a lot Vic... you rock!
