    First stage

    compressor: Danfoss SC21CLX
    Hx: 12 plate
    Danfoss tev: Tes2 00 orifice
    Receiver: RLV 02 PED 77*220 V=0,88l
    Condenser: 1,10kW
    Sight class 1/4 flare
    inline filter 1/4 flare

    second stage

    compressor: Danfoss SC18B
    Danfoss OUB1 oilsperator
    danfoss high pressure cut off
    LD mini condencer
    henry pressure releif valve 24 bar
    spun drier/filter
    LD Evap

    refrigerant: R507/R23

    case LD

    This is a cold_ice inspired cascade and credit must go to the dude

    got all my bits today so just been playing with the layout

    Looking great! You mean cold_ice? His cascades normally look like that .

    Are you going to use capillary tube on the 2nd stage? What length?

    yes there will be cap on the 2nd stage 0.031"@2.6m

    i am pleased with the hx box i spent some time thinking about it

    i see brazed plate HX more and more, im starting to like them , maybe ill give them a try in a future project!

    Very nice cascade and parts!

    Just make sure you don't puit the oil sep upside down like i see on the pics

    got a bit more done today

    all the mounting brackets made up so all the parts are fixed now

    and most of the 1st stage

    I am really looking forward to seeing the finished artical - The case and everything looks superb baz mate, a real work of art.

    Thanks guys

    Did a bit more today, it is getting real tight in here
    I have tried to keep most of the hot, warm and UN insulated pipe work down
    In the middle to bottom of the unit as I hope to have the most air flow there when finished

    Just got the shut down switch to go in, the suction returns pipe work
    And controller
