got all my bits today so just been playing with the layout

Every cascade Must have there components installed to operate safely.
Don't forget as each of you design and build your own rigs.you are actually build prototypes or experimental models,so install a pressure limit control,pressure gauge and most important,if things start to go really wrong a PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE.

Ps: To Mods with bazx's permission This picture should be added to the stickies under cascades as minimum safety requirements. Be sure that the components names are also there.

this part of my cascade is pretty much down to you pushing this point home

i am pleased with the hx box i spent some time thinking about it
i see brazed plate HX more and more, im starting to like them, maybe ill give them a try in a future project!

Very Nice HX insulation , and clean setup Oo looking forward 4 complete system .
I am really looking forward to seeing the finished artical - The case and everything looks superb baz mate, a real work of art.
Wheels for the base would set it off a treat (probs 5 required lol)

Did a bit more today, it is getting real tight in here
I have tried to keep most of the hot, warm and UN insulated pipe work down
In the middle to bottom of the unit as I hope to have the most air flow there when finished
Just got the shut down switch to go in, the suction returns pipe work
And controller
