    OCZ Cryo-Z out for review!

Yesterday reviewers started to receive units for review

$299 a piece plus 35 dollars shipping and handling, units go on sale when the web page is available on www.ocztechnology.com

I will have my initial thread up tomorrow afternoon with an E8400, budget chip and phase change cooler combo. If the 9850BE will allow me to go cold I will also be showing that combo as well.

Look forward to a Cryo-Z giveaway on XS details soon.

    Nice.
"To exist in this vast universe for a speck of time is the great gift of life. Our tiny sliver of time is our gift of life. It is our only life. The universe will go on, indifferent to our brief existence, but while we are here we touch not just part of that vastness, but also the lives around us. Life is the gift each of us has been given. Each life is our own and no one else's. It is precious beyond all counting. It is the greatest value we have. Cherish it for what it truly is."

Oh please don't let this be a sick and twisted Late-Pril Fools Day joke

$299 a piece? I never believed that would hold true, how can they turn a profit?

In any case, I'm very excited for results and hope that these units are up to the typical OCZ par.

Nice to hear. If it can beat a water setup and run 24/7 I may have to get one.

I see, this could be quite the ownage if it turns out to get at least sub-ambient, hell for $299 I'd be content with ambient. You'd spend at least that much on any liquid cooled setup.

Ryderocz, how is OCZ warranty on this unit. Is it lifetime, 1 year, etc...

If it does what you say, -50 load on a dual, be curious what it holds on a quad.

Thanks, very nice price point, finally may make phase change a reality for me.

So, I'm curious, is this thing built to run 24/7, or just periodically for benchmarking?

If it can run 24/7, I might be sold on it.

To bad it is USA only, because 299 dollar is only 190 euro. You never find a second hand phase cooler around here for that price. If you live in the USA, grab ur change. Even when the performance is much lower then custom units it still is a great benching unit for a low price. I'm curious how it will perform.
