I am greet unhappy

( I as yet) owner 4x512MB Twinmos I have BH5 UTT 1A4Tgdyż problems with achievement stable settings (even SPD) :{

All on 2x512B is OK

I wait on help

you can pass (how mat 4x512MB) your settings from biosu

My config this:

DFI NF4 Ultra - D bios 412-2, A64 3000 + venice, chieftec 420W,

i believe OPB did a test on 4 sticks of BH-5 before

which processor do you have?

clawhammer, newcastle, winchester = DDR333 2T
venice , sandiego = DDR400 2T

Yep , at begining i cant bench @ 3.8v

(Screens with +- 27° ambiant temp). Now , I have to wait winter to bench up 280mhz .

The cheapest is the speed premium I believe, but I don't think you're 100% garuanteed to get the good stuff (utt)

The new mushkin Blue Line 3200 C2 3-3-2 is Hynix chips on the black PCB. Only the green brainpower PCB has the UTT chips on them.

the cheapest was geil value, i got some utt bh-5 with that that can run 260mhz 2-2-2-6 with 3.2v. It's very hit and miss, whether you get it or not though.

cost me £59 btw, for 1gb.

i do not have a clue. I just heard there was UTT in some of them, saw it for £59, thought why the hell not, and got lucky. Others have, haven't heard any recent reports.

My 1G Mushkin dualkit Blue Line (new BH-5) need 3.4v to hit 250MHz 2-2-2-5 Superpi 32M stable and 3.3V to hit 245MHz. I bought it long time ago.

for 2-2-2 @ 2.5v, i'd say they are TCCD/TCC5

edit: it is indeed TCCD

Below, we found that the PC3200 LII V2 is using Samsung K4H560838F-TCCD DRAM.

my Mushkin blues are infact BH-Died IC's they do 2-2-2 1T @ 2.8v.

I also got 3 sticks of 512MB Vdata Brainpower PCB 808 (40516 on chips) and they are all UTT/BH-5. The do 250MHz@3.4v in dual on DFI NF4. They also work perfect in my Abit AI7 board. Very nice ram I got for cheap. I bought the last ones sometime ago and the suplier won't get the Vdata UTT again.

Yeah i got mine off an ebay auction from mushkin direct, must have been old stock or a working RMA. I took the spreaders off and they are blank IC's but i know they are UTT for a fact.

Do you think 3.4v is 24/7 safe?

shouldn't those silver tabs be a little bigger? I compared to another PC4000VX kit and they were bigger on those sticks, likewise with PC3200 VX, PC3200 Gold and PC3200 Value VX... any ideas?

The RAM won't get into memtest at 3.2v let alone run at DDR500 at 3.5v.

That's not a Winbond chip...

Mushkin ran out of UTT - and they announced all UTT based products EOL.
OCZ's UTT stock seems to have dried up too, but I've heard nothing from them. No statements of spec changes or anything.
