    ------6200@6600GT overclock!!!------

i have the GF 6200 128MB 128BIT PCIE by Gigabyte the TURBO FORCE edition 400/500
and i OC it to 550/700!! with no VMOD or extra cooling!!
after that i tweaked the 6200 in riva and now the 6200 is detected as 6600GT

    end now i have 6600GT!!
    my pc :

    A64 3000 @stock!!
    512MB
    K8NF-9
    6200 turboforce 400/500

the card score is like real 6600GT and with no modding!!! or PC OCing!!

whar do u think?? is it the best score fo 6200 with no modding and PC OCing??

    Nice dude

Do you have any pics of the card and how much did it cost? Is there allso a AGP flavor? And where did you buy it?

Just like to know because of this:

The GT is 2ns 1000Mhz memory and so you do not quite have a GT, but it is certainly a lot cheaper than a GT so nice work.

The main problem with the unlocked 6200 series and 6600 series with 4ns or 3.6ns memory is lack of memory bandwidth unfortunately due to the 128 bit bus.

I got 6300 in 3dmark03 with my $62 xfx gf 6200 256 mb. That's at 450/600, but the core will be able to go much higher than that.
    Building an Intel rig soon...

01 is a bit weak, but 03 and 05 seem very strong for the price. Very comparable to my 9800Pro OC'd ...

i'm not using 66.93 forceware yet
it's 76.50, so the score is rather low for the 3dm2k1

I opened the temp tweak and now I can see the temp of the GPU
it's 61 in idle and 75 at load
    is it ok? or not?
should I buy some extra cooling?

TT Giant III or Zalman VF700Cu will be a good choice for AGP
    ArticCooling Rev 6 for PCIe

Yes that is rather warm, if you start getting above 80 or so you might see the scores coming down.

It maybe that the heatsink is just not firmly on, some of these 6200/6600 heatsinks are not attached well at all. If it is firm then as above, one of those aftermarket coolers.

    of course there's 128bit for 6200 AGP
    n i dont even know if there's a 64bit 6200 except the TC version
just leave the 64bit go for 128bit 3.6ns or even 3.3ns
