It's quite possible that not all the UTT chip will fail that quickly , but apparently those
quickly failure chip are not sorting out before they put onto the module ...

And what we see now is a typical UTT module failure syndrome , that's why
the UTT chip is cheap ... All the failure case will be treated as RMA issue ...
