    5v or 3.3v rail: 5V
    vdimm used: 3.2V most of the time, 3.4V initially when testing
    speed: 263 MHz initially when testing, 252 most of the time
    24/7 machine: Yes
    1 or both sticks: 1 stick (per set)
    ram's age: Purchased in February 2005, dead: 1st stick in March, 2nd in April
    ram model: 1st: TwinMOS TMSP400, AA4T, 44D, UTT/CH-5; 2nd: TwinMOS TMII400, AA4T, 50D, UTT/CH-5
