Sweet, thanks big time dude, i just mesured mine, im 1.62v...heres the thing, my BIOS is set to 1.55v with + 10%....so thats the highest this board will go, thats not too high for a 90nm core is it? what voltage do other 90nm users use?

since its 1.4v stock.. my temps look good an its runn good..

that just makes it 3.3v right? I was thinking of getting a DDR booster but my memory like 3.0v, (TCCD) so i was thinking ill try a 3.3v mod and see if it likes that, if it dose ill go with it.

what do you mean you can change the PSU 3.3v line? Your talking about a sence wire mod right? Not in the bios?

Will that mod work for K8N NEO2 Platinium Edition? Whit out G-54 thing, layer seems to be the same? And then i can rise the 3.3 from the PSU?
Just need to ask, i dont want to blow my new mobo away.

Yes, it will work, but what is the 'G-54 thing?' No idea what that is.
